security wheel locks? the only stores i can locate with them are in the u.k.

as pictured, these are different from the typical mcgard locks because they have an outer shroud which makes the "hammer on a slightly oversized socket" approach no longer work.

McGard wheels locks. I don't know if they carry the ultra high security ones. 1-800-535-2002 or www.bavauto.com.
