Hi,

I am the postmaster of the ISP: NAVIGO.COM.AR. One of our customers
lives in England and she is having problems sending mails to one of
your accounts.

My customer, ngalafassi@in2action.net, is not sending spam. The mails
are just personal mails sent to only 1 of your accounts:
arichards@roadfly.org

I see you have a strong antispam system. Is it possible to make an
exception so that my customer ngalafassi@in2action.net can send mails
to arichards@roadfly.org ?

Sorry to ask again. This forum might not be the right place to post my problem, but I tried other ways and I got no answers.

Is it possible that you whitelist just the email address of my customer so that she can write to this particular user in your mailserver?

We get too much spam, phishing scams, etc. from Argentina so we shutoff the whole country. We're not going to lift that ban anytime in the near future. Put pressure on your regulators to fight spam and phishing.
