Does anyone know of a website where I can see pics of every blue paint shade produced for the E46 M3? I've seen a list of the supposed complete range but there were no pictures.

Several years ago I came across an E46 M3 in a Southern California BMW dealership that I swore bore the color of 'Ice Blue' or something along those lines. It looked like a light-blue cloud color mixed with the chameleon-changing feature of 'Carbon Black' (giving the car tinges of dark blue/purple under different angles of the sun). It was intense!! Too bad I never saw it nor could ever verify the paint name. I saw a pic of a 'Bluewater' M3 and it was definitely NOT that color.

Any ideas?

there's a real difference between seeing a color in person vs. seeing a pic on the web. Especially these Individual colors. It was most likely blue water or silverstone

... it is extremely hard to capture these accurately with a camera, no matter what equipment or lighting is used.

For example, Velvet Blue looks like a deep purple-blue to the naked eye, but in photos (ANY photos), it looks almost exactly like Interlagos.

I've tried everything to get it to display accurately in photos, and finally just resorted to Photoshop correction for things like my signature photo (which now looks exactly like the car, BTW).
