I own a new XJ8L (first jag). Can you change the headlights to Xenon?

If you want HID badly enough, you're better off trading the car with one that came from the factory with HID. It would be a pretty costly conversion to use OEM parts, especially if you incorporated the auto-leveling. In the US, I believe NHTSA considers aftermarket headlight conversions are not legal. I believe Canada follows US's lead in headlight laws.

Try searching the various Roadfly Jag lists on HID, or try a google search on the subject.

Yes, its possible. I've already done it. But it is recommended that your dealer will be the one who will do it cause the Air Suspension Module needs to be reconfigured by the jaguar diagnostic computer.
