A rear line replacement introduced air into the brake system and now the Master cylinder will not move any fluid. I have pumped for days and the fluid will not move through to the back calipers. Do I need vacuum or pressure somewhere to help prime the system or what? Please advise.

Yes, you need a constant fluid under pressure to push all the bubles out of the line and you will have to do this at all 4 wheels. Air bubles in the lines at various size, even if you can push the large bubles out by pumping, the small ones will stay and will regroup together and become big bubles later. Don't play with safety...
