I have the OEM ContiSportContact on my new 2007 M Coupe; F 255/45, R 255/40. The M supplement manual calls for 30 psi front and 32 psi rear, but the sticker in the door frame lists 30 psi all around.

What is the proper inflation pressure?

The ContiSportContacts are not as bad as I thought they would be, but I haven't really worked them out yet.

Door sticker tire presures takes precedence over the Supplemental Manual. I go with 32 psi front and 30 psi rear as more pressure in the front dials out some of the under steer.
BTW the stock Conti tires are 225/45-18 front and 255/40-18 rear. Jim Millet

Thanks re: pressure, and the front size was a typo. I'm coming from a car that was 36 psi front and 44 psi rear, and it was sensitive to the pressures, so I am probably a bit more attuned to tire pressure than I might need to be. Again, thanks.
