Seeking a bit of advice from you guys. I have fallen head over heals in love with a E200K 2003 wagon (44,000 miles) and want to buy it. But I've heard the 2003 has kinks in it that make it less reliable than the 2004 (not to speak of the 2006, which - alas - I can not afford). Should I avoid the 2003 even though it comes with a 1 year warranty, has been services only at Mercedes Benz dealers and looks and drives very well? Is there a way to check whether the car in question is likely to suffer the problems (such as the radiator contamination leaks)? What specifically should I ask the mechanic checking it for me to look into? I hear there are part numbers known to be problematic. How can I find out what they are? Thanks, Carola
