I have set of snow tires on separate rims but without the tire pressure monitoring sensors installed. Now that the wheels are installed I now have a very large reminder covering most of the LCD screen that there is a "fault" in the system. Is there a way to clear the "fault" from screen without installing the sensors in the wheels? If it was Jaguar's intent to annoy me with the constant message display they have suceeded.

On the dash LCD screen, press the red triangle and it will pop up a screen, select "yes" and the main dash warning will disappear. A triangle will remain in that display area though.

Your tire fitter should have warned you and recommended a set of TPMS sensors be installed on your rims.

Don't blame Jaguar it is the NHTSA in the US that is so hot to trot on these useless systems.
