It's not a big deal but for years now in rush hour traffic I tend to cruise on first gear and let the car cruise solo (no gas).
When this happens the car starts to stutter back and forth. A tap on the gas helps it stay smooth. I am able to get away with driving on first gear in my other car (camry) WITHOUT the use of the gas. Why can't I do this on the bimmer?
Vaccum leak? Tuning? Fuel pump? I am just curious. This is not a matter of life and death guys but I would appreciate finding out. The car shakes (back and forth quite violently...hehehehe...usually makes the car in the back give me distance).
Thanks!
Al
