The Orlando, FL dealership stated that they will be allocated 5-6 M3s per month (once shipments start). Does this sound reasonable, or is it just another sales pitch?

The Orlando, FL dealership stated that they will be allocated 5-6 M3s per month (once shipments start). Lauderdale that may be 2 of the biggest in the country (supply and demand). I heard they'd be getting around 4/month max but who knows. I wouldn't doubt that they would get a decent allocation as they had 2 or 3 M5's on the lot and had already delivered 2 Z8's by sept/oct of this year. Plus they sell their M5's, Z8's, and will be selling their M3's at MSRP. I'm moving to California, but will keep my place on the list there and they said it would be no prob shipping my car out to a dealer in Cali for pick-up.
My dealer told me today that there will only be 1-2 cars per month sent for the first 4 months to all dealers. I hope he is wrong and they get them sooner, but then again...

The Orlando, FL dealership stated that they will be allocated 5-6 M3s per month (once shipments start). the math is simple.....3000 cars / 200 dealers equals 15 cars per year per dealer or 1 1/4 per month.....thus large dealers may see 3-4 but that means 1-2 for medium dealers and less than 1 for small dealers
