April Mtr Trend has a 2-page ad for the 46M3. This is the 1st advertisement I've seen for this car in a US-publication, and this could be the 1st positive indication that finally the US may be getting some new M3s.

It goes something like this :)
the M3 looks at perfection... and perfection blinks!!
I hope the car lives up to the hype :)

April Mtr Trend has a 2-page ad for the 46M3. ..the first positive indication was the fact that many people have already ordered their cars weeks ago and US production has been underway for 2 weeks now.

Actually, although I think they pushed it slightly darker than reality, this LSB ad photo seems not too far off what the color looks like in person.
And it still isn't what I would want in a blue.
Hello BMWNA - the word TOPAZ mean anything to ya?

Estoril looks nothing like that.
...I owned an Estoril Blue '98 M3 and the picture is a good match. Never seen LSB in person, though - there've been so many different pictures I have no idea what LSB really looks like.

I've had my 1st slot '01M3 on order for over a month now, and I'm still not convinced because of the massive amount of BMW, et.al., hearsay for more than a year. However, this ad seems to me like the 1st "in print" public commentment from BMW (aside from write-ups in auto mags) that this car finally may make its way to the US.

I have SEEN the status codes in person that verift these cars are in production. An ad means nothing...I put that same ad up on my website 2 months ago. Just because you haven't seen the cars in production in person does not mean that they do not exist.....remember the people that thought the world was flat?
===
Your website collection of M3-car magazine articles, etc. is exceptional, but to use your phrasing, looks like BMW still has you believing their world is flat, very flat. Congratulations, BMW has another faithful follower to shed more propaganda.
Knowing the cars have been built and currently shopping for another 993 would then be mutually exclusive?
