It appears that various dealers and speculators would be willing to get you one of the early M3's for about $10k over list price.
If you wait a few months, that is likely to come Waaaaay down.
Be advised that you are somewhat unlikely to be able to pick your options and colors on these early cars since most have already been spec'd

Freedom of speech is no excuse for acting like an 8 year old. If you behave like this, expect to be treated accordingly.
If you wish to be accorded the respect of a full adult participant on the board, then you will need to act like one.

Looks like you're in California? (PacBell ISP?). the lowest I've seen for a 'market price' dealer - all those that haven't committed for a while (up to 2 years - but more likely a year) - is $7500 over MSRP in SoCal. I can give you a lead if that's a reasonable price.
Most want $10,000 over - I can confirm what SoneWalk said. Some want $15,000 over if you want one now - the demo - $20,000 will get that one (if you can't wait two months to order the next avialable ones).

Alex better shut the fuck up!

There is a place in the midwest where you might be able to get for around 6K or 7K. I can give you the name and number if you want.
