I have noticed that the steering on the M coupe (and E36 M3) have rearward offset at the top of the strut. I assume this is to add castor and improve stability at high speed. If that is the case, is using an udjustable camber/castor plate a worthwhile addition, when upgrading the springs/struts? If the information I have been given is correct, the plates may be needed to correct for the additional negative camber anyway. I am wondering is using them to dial in more castor, like the M has, is beneficial.
