Acryli-Clean ... it's a wax remover and degreaser ... use with a rag and after it dries you can use whatever bumper treatment you normally use.

1) the easiest thing to do is to remove the bumper strips when waxing that portion of the car. Start at the seam on the fron/back part of the car, and pull back and outward. there are some integrated plastic clips that seem to be very durable (much more durable than the separate white/green clips behind the door strip)

2) to remove penetrated wax, I have found an eraser works well

3) then layer on the Forever Black or Back To Black product. With the bumber strips off it will be very easy to layer the product on the sides as well -- giving the entire strip a deep shake of black. ANd with the strips off you can clean & wax the paint to a much higher degree

My car 94 325i 170,000+ miles that is sometimes mistaken for new (?!?)

ps: I tried peanut butter ONCE - it helped only a little and it took too many washings to get all of the oil off of the car!
