I duplicate the look and performance of the newer BMWs with Xenon lights? If so, what Kelvin rating kit will accomplish this?

Thanks - Jay

Jay,
To come the closest to the newer BMW/ MERCEDES looks its going to require a set of Ellipsloid projectors "ZKW Housings" with Stage I (4100K) Xenon Lighting, but most choose the 6000K over the 4100K in that application just because of the astonishing blue/purple output it portrays rather than the bright white.

Thanks,
Jeff

not purple. I've read the 6000K lamps don't provide as good of lighting as the 4300K. Are you saying the 6000K is closer to the BMW lighting?

Thanks - Jay

I already have the ZKW's. What is the install like in terms of complexity and time?

Thanks

Dear Sir,
BMW From the Factory Have either ~4100K Philips Bulbs or ~4500K OSRAM BULBS. They are both Stage I. Stage II is BLUER than factory xenon. 50/50, Some customers think Stage I is brighter some think Stage II is, it all depends on how your eyes adjust to the light.

20 Min... For you sir, since you already have an understand on your car.

All you do is this, take the red wire plug it in the harness take the black wire plug it in the harness mount the ballasts plug the bulb in the housing and your ready to rock.

Thanks,
Jeff

6000K Philips Ultinon in Stage II $625.00 with 5 year warranty.
