If I remember your website, you bought your Elise 190 Sport directly from Lotus USA right? I was just wondering how does Lotus USA deal with any warranty concerns if there was any? If there was, did they just authorize any repair at any approved Lotus service centers?

Just curious to see how does Lotus USA deal with any problems that occur in their vehicles. Cause we all know how BMW of NA likes to deal with it.

the road elise warranty will be handled thru dealers.

...Lotus USA is very responsive. Much of your service experience with any car is going to be up to the local dealership, of course, and it is always important to try to have a good relationship with them. However, Lotus USA seems to go much further than other manufacturers in addressing customer concerns and making sure that things are done the right way for their customers.<br>

though sometimes the information has to come from england and then the wait is a bit longer.
