For some reason (maybe my 80+ hour work weeks this past
month had something to do with it), I missed the inauguration of
this wonderful Elise message board. I think I'm the only M
Coupe'er not over here yet! ;)

In any case, I'll be getting myself on this list for one of these
suckers ASAP, after I get my Mini Cooper S deposit finalled (I
look to be #50 at a VA dealership). Sweet.

Thanks for creating this board Alan and I look forward to owning
one of these bad a$$ toys as soon as I can!

Cheers,

Kevin

I think we are all over here. It's really quite funny how most everyone from the M coupe board is here. I think that dp ruined us all with his damn elise videos!

I'm a little tired and am (probably) reading this wrong, but is
Sterling BMW also going to be dealing in Lotus?! I almost
ordered an M3 from them; went with Fairfax instead for quicker
delivery. The Lotus Elise (series one) was the first car I ever got
passionate about and I'm heartbroken with the new design... it
just doesn't have that same sort of "class" the old one had. My
opinion, anyway. I'd be a happy, happy camper to look out on a
deep blue Elise or Exige in my driveway, even if I could only drive
it on the track. Sigh.
