i understand there were 8 race versions available (out of 340) that make it to the US for sale (at $80k??)

saw some pics of them.

any of them for sale or resale now?

any of them make it to Canada?

i think there are 9 in the US, don't know about canada. a guy in portland has one and at least one more is in seattle. a few were crashed. the ones in england go up for sale quite often and rather cheap, US $35K-ish. don't know of any for sale stateside. they were around $60K brand new from lotus if i recall correctly - i briefly considered getting one instead of the elise, glad i didn't. TOO impractical, though neat to look at.

and technically, don't the camaros have back seats? ok, maybe for kids and groceries but still....

meaning it was owned by lotus usa and is the car they sent out to all the car magazines for review's. lemme know if you have any other question's. :)

for the record, i lifted a bit to let him by in the beginning ;) but it IS a much faster car than my 'lis, no matter how you look at it.

yes, he does drive it on the street - on hoosiers no less!
