i would choose the sedan, no question. I'll wait to see if BMW eventually offers it here. Same thing happened with the E-36's. No sedan initially but the sedan was offered 1996 on.

1. Looks sporty

2. Your friends wont think your car is a taxi cab

3. Less likely to be car-jacked since you only have to worry about locking 2 doors as opposed to 4

4. Easier to carry long pieces of lumber from Home Depot by placing them cross-wise through the windows ;)

I'm not sure I get your #4 reason. If the sedan had fold down seats, wouldn't be easier to bring lumber home?

You can get a 4 door supercar, it's call the AMG C32. I like BMW's but I am going to have to go with the C32 with and autobox for everyday Chicago traffic.
