Mine is Cab.
and my dealer told me BMW alarm will cost me $695.
Does anybody know how good their alarm is?
Is it worth $695?

Thanks in advance.

after you install it, you will still need to take it dealer to code it. Should cost no more than a half to full hour of service. I was only charged $45 to code mine at the Performance Center.

Mine is Cabrio, do you know if I can use same alarm?
Or, do you know much they would charge for installation?
I'm pretty dumb when it comes to alarm installation. : )

Not sure about that address, but the web site is www.circleBMW.com. You can get the phone number from there. I would assume that the alarm for the cab is roughly the same price. The $695 your dealer is charging is really steep considering that they are charging $450+ for labor. At the going rate of $90 per hour for labor (at least at my dealership), that would be about 5 hours to install a alarm. You can do the math, do you really think that it takes about 5 hours to install. I believe it should take no longer than 1 hour even if you have no experience. All of the connectors are there. All you have to do is plug them in, simple as that.
