The 911 in question is stalling at idle. It runs fine at speed, but as soon as the car is at idle, it sputters and dies. I can re-start it and as long as I am moving (or giving is gas) I'm fine.

ANy suggestions?

Either item will do what you're talking about. Of course there are a dozen other possible problems as well. I'd be inclined to take it to the shop because you could be talking about a $50 fix or a $500 fix and you don't want to start throwing money down the drain just trying stuff.
