The M3 fitted with the SMG gearbox can be parked in positions “R” (reverse), “S”,“A” or “0” (with visual and audio warning signal); in these positions it is also possible to remove the ignition key.

Of all the positions they mentioned, the didn't mention "1" ... the gear you're supposed to park the car in. It was also interesting that they're not showing the standard SMG shifter. The one they have photos of looks like a standard manual burlwood shifter with the SMG shift sequence label gluded on top (almost looks photoshopped). I wonder if that's the shifter BMW is going to stick on the toned down version of SMG for the other 3 series cars.

think to myself "I have all of this". WOW. This is stuff i would
imagine on a racecar
