Hi everyone,

I am finally an official M3 owner (lease owner). She's a JB with Grey interioir, heated seats, HK, and Xenons.

I had to drive it home to Indianapolis, IN from Augusta, GA today. Put 550 miles on her.

Love it, but I noticed some things:

1. The clutch grabs so high. I find that I need to shift around 4500 rpm in each gear to match smoothly. I have read here that it's normal for the clutch to engage late.

My 99 M roadster grabs early. So, I am use to that. Also, I don't need to shift at such a higher rpm to match smoothly.

2. I hear the "clunk" that everyone else hears when you shift. It doesn't sound reassuring but what the heck I do I know about trannies? If BMW says it's normal, well..."Okay then"

3. Sure don't like waiting on that 1200 miles.

4. Some of the trim on the outside door panel is loose. Needs to be glued down better.

Will post some pics later this week.
