I received my Jet Black painted reflectors last night from Evosport. They look fabulous - much better than the clears - and the paint color is a perfect match. However, one side had a nick in the paint. Called Brad today (just got off the phone with him) and he said to put them on my car (so I don't have to run around with the ambers) and he will replace them with another set. I think that's cool! That's the way to run a business. Just thought ya'll would like to know.

original ambers to local paint shop. Cost $30 to paint. So figure the cost of reflector and paint, $40. Now add time running around, figure 2 hours, taking in and picking up, at minimum wage. $10. See so $65 isn't such a bad idea. But, get first set from Evosport, take your ambers in and get painted for backup. <br>

The reason he praises good customer service here is because it helps get EVOSport Business. If they treat their customers good, people spread good word around and they get more business.

On the other hand, if he got bad customer service, he'd come here and bash them to warn us not to go there.

This is one of the reasons we have message boards, to pass information like this to others to save them the agony of dealing with idiots, and to help us find the good retailers.
