It really depends who you take it to, what their hourly labor rates are, whether they go by the book and whether you are going to perform a 4 wheel alignment (recommended). I'm all for saving money, but most of the time you get what you pay for. Somewhere between $200-$400 is not uncommon. Also, it's usually cheaper on the West coast than the East coast (far more shops on the West drive prices down). I shipped a customer a set of springs recently to NY. Dealer wanted $1,100 to install them!
