Buddy of mine was teasing me that there must be a hundred Ms on the car. (he thought it was a bit OTT)

Anyone ever actually counted them all? Ms include the M3 logo and just the ///M logo. I have at least 15 so far. (we argued about the "M" in the sMg logo)

(I think a collage of them would make a pretty cool background)

The brake calipers, rotors (not sure about this one), wheels, and all the other obvious places inside and outside the car. Way too many IMHO.

This list is by memory. I'm at work (its a slow day) and car is at home, but here goes...

Wheels 4

engine (block, head etc) will have M designations stamped in, along with many panels and M only parts... it does seem to be a few too many, but I don't find them overpowering, but done quite subtly.

the interior. I really don't need to be reminded that I'm driving an M car, I can feel it (not just in my checkbook) and I'm pretty sure I was completely lucid on the day I ordered it.

I haven't ever really thought about it.. I guess I don't look at the ever important M insignia everywhere.

The only one I have actually noticed that I thought was pretty dumb was the M on the headrest. Someone actually wanted to know what color of leather would display this stamp the best..???? Who cares, my head is there! ;)

I really didn't like the M colors on my old M3 coupe on the seats though.. drove me nuts. I'm not sure if it was an option to remove.
