I have an '88 M6 with the stock TRX rims & tires. The tires are
very worn, but I want to get diff. rims & better tires. I saw that
someone used 17" rims off an E39 on their M6--what wheels
from other BMW's would fit?

thanks! SteveW

All of the BMW 5,6 and 7 series wheels will fit your car. For the E39 wheels you will need a fitment ring to make them hub centric.
If I can help with anything let me know.
Thank you
