The car is simply AWESOME, as you all know... but now I have finally experienced it as well.

She's AW/Black, SMG2, 19" oem, PSP, Bi-Xenon, HK, Sunroof, CD changer, Alarm and the rear seat protector for my dawgs.
They threw in the the floor mats, trunk mat, a few keychains, an ///M3 baseball cap, ///M3 valve stem caps and a T-shirt for my fiancee.

First impressions:
She's really fast, coming from an 98 Acura Integra Type R to this beast is one hellava jump in power and luxury. The ITR was quick and nimble in its own right but the M3 is sooo much more. The M3 is obviously much faster, but I didn't think it would be as nimble as my old ITR because of the weight, but I was completly wrong. She's just as nimble in quick lane changes and around corners. I'm just dissappointed that there isn't enough hours in the day to drive her! ;D
The SMG2 is way cool! I was concerned about ordering this option at first because there was no place to test drive an SMG2 equiped M3, but I opted for it anyways because I'm a gadget freak. It was really easy to learn, but I'm sure there is still more to learn about the system. I am usually in S4. I have not tried the Sport button yet but am dying to, I am going to wait til after the break-in.
I thought I would miss the clutch, but I don't... at least not yet. A-mode stinks, that isn't for me, though i have found it pretty useful in heavy traffic (went from Fresno, CA back down to Irvine, CA during rush hour in LA.. that's hell!), and for being on the cell phone.
The ride on 19": they aren't really that bad.. at least not to me. Again coming from the ITR which was lowered on GroundControls and riding on the stock 15", the ride wasn't all that different. I guess I'm just used to a harsher type of ride. I'm definately glad I got them.
The HK upgrade... hmmmm... can't really comment right now cuz i've been to busy just driving and listening to that sweet engine and exhaust.
Weber BMW in Fresno CA was terrific, Gary Turgeon and Alex Mahan, two very informative, helpful, good guys!
So here she is....

Congrats on your car! I know how you feel about the power since I stepped up from a 98' Integra GSR and I thought I would never give up that car for anything.....until I got this...
