I just got my oil change done at 3000. Used specified oil and filter and was only $99.35 total. I think its a pretty good price for an oil change, no? I took it to Bavarian Autotech's, an independent shop run by John and Manfred, native Bavarians and really cool guys. I've been going there for the past 10 years and theyve taken care of all my needs so if anyone is in the north orange county area and not wanting to get overcharged by the dealers, I really recommend these guys.

Make sure they used 10W60, you can only buy them at BMW dealer!

of course, they have some arrangement with their dealer and get what they need through them (all original and specified bmw items)
