I have a friend who has a 2002 JAG and the dealer has had it in service for well over a month for "engine light". Anyways, can she lemon law her car and get a new one and how does she go about it. Finally is JAG responsible for attorney fees?

Thanks.

Usually, no attorney is needed in the lemon law process. Do a search for lemon law and find the rules for your state, which vary somewhat.
