How did this work? Did your dealer ask you to give him "5"s?

Did you?

Are you called on the phone a few days after purchase?

Did any of you give 5s even though you didn't feel the dealer deserved it?

Everytime you purchase a BMW or bring it in for service a separate company will call you and ask you to rate the dealer in several differnt aspects. There are concequesces for the dealer if they don't get all 5's and all the salemen will ask that you give them all 5's. The best thing to do is know this going in and say BEFORE you starting talking about purchasing a car that you are aware of the system and you will score them according to how good they do. The flaw with this system is that it's is not anonymous and the dealer might treat you even worse the next time.
