another post down below RE color- told him that I like the styling so much that I think pretty much any color looks good.

But in the interest of progress, it will change. I just hope no one messes it up too much.

Been considering replacing my daily driver with either some kind of mid size SUV or a used E36M3 (like that styling as well) in 2004.

Supposedly, LED taillights is the change for the M3 in March.<br>Cheers!

Hope so too,

I find the present styling very balanced. It really is the first M3 which has had a full body restyling instead of spoilers and other add-ons.

Time for BMW to keep some shapes along years like Porche did with their 911 !!!! I am sure it pays off on the long term as it establishes the image of the product, and this version deserves it.

That should definitely keep the resale value up for the pre-facelift models.
