for all the suspension talk on here... i still haven't worked out one thing about coilovers.

how exactly do you adjust them? when the car is just sitting there are you able to turn the spring collars? do you have to jack it up to take the load off the collar? in other words, how free is the collar to move in the threads?<br>

collars..taking wheel off gives more room to work..

Yes, you have to take load would be unturnable with load on spring...<br><font color=maroon><font size=1><font>

Once you find your ideal height and crossweight, you probably won't need to mess with the height any more. If you are tuning for different tracks, most of this can be done with adjustable sways and the rebound/bump dampening.
