I have 18" stock rim with 245/40 s03 tires on the front. It's known that I need 15mm spacer if I get Stoptech. My concern is the front tires will rub with 15mm spacer because of oversized tires. Can anyone comment on this? also I am wondering if there's any negative impact such as handling, premature wear, etc.

If that's the case I need a set of aftermarket wheels. What are the wheels that clear BBK safely? Stoptech advises 2mm additional gap for safety reason.
RG8 sounds good but $800+(just guess) is too much for me.
/// Jon

stocks really ned 12mm - the 15mm spacers will do just fine until you get the rg8's - which are the best

you will not have any issues

i ran stocks 18's 225's - i don't think the 245's will rub - all you really need to clear is the caliper

with 15mm spacer in the front? More oversteer? Slightly funny look?

If not big problem, yes, I will definitely wait for RG8 running with spacer and saving pennies :D
/// Jon

I'm running Bilstein coilovers w/ 19" GT3s w/ 245 on the front. I have to use a 15mm spacer to clear my StopTechs. The car is pretty low and I have had no problems with rubbing at any time.
