I went to the dealer today, for washer fluid leaking, and told them couple of my problems with the car.

-burning smell: They couldn\'t find the cause!!!
-sticky pedal:They said they won\'t change it, because of they didn\'t feel it. (i know this, but isn\'t this is one of the service bulletin? I\'ve heard a lot of people changed it and feel better with the new pedal) I even mention for the service bulletin.
-rear boing:Couldn\'t find the cause!!!! Everytime i try to fix this problem they said they don\'t hear anything. WTF. it\'s quite loud
-washer leaks: fixed
-door/speaker rattle: They said it\'s normal. They even told me that i put stuffs in the dorr compartment. (Even i told them i took stuffs out when i tested for the rattle)
-DSC come on and can\'t turn off: Neew DSC censor is on order. can i tell them to fix everything. (especially for the rear boing and sticky pedal)
Life is a_bitch, so_**** it.

if you complian on more than one occasion and then threaten to or actually call BMW NA and tell them about your bad service most likely your dealer will do something. I believe they stand to lose money if you complain to BMW NA so they take you more seriously after that.

to receive a "1" when you answer the customer satisfaction survey.

I have had it in two previous times including once for the regional service rep to see it. Both times they said that they couldn't hear it. I showed them some posts and service tickets that other board members had posted and took it back in and told them I would pay for the spring pads to be replaced. I also mentioned that I had received a BMWNA service survey and I was waiting to get my issue resolved before I answered it and mailed it in. The service manager said he would replace them and get BMW to cover the repair. I love my dealer.
