Hello everyone, I'm an x 1997 M3 convertable owner. I sold the love of my life after the service department of 2 dealers told me they could not fix my top malfunctions due to bad engineering of the e36 convertables and to sell it before the warrenty runs out.....Glad they were honest.....So I bought a Boxster S. Loved the car, fast, good looking all that stuff....After a year I traded the Boxster for a 330cic...I truly like the new convertable, not quite the quickness, great brakes, handles almost as good as the old M3, love the BMW overall experience BUT I miss the power...Thinking about moving up to a M3 convertable but have heard horror stories on the engine when It first came out. I have not been on message board for some time and need to get updated on what's going on...
fill me in please on all points please...Dont want to trade a good car in for a hyper car that's not reliable....E-mail me direct if possible. I will be traveling and may miss the board responses...thanks as always...John Stafford
