Yep, alternate daily driver to haul around my three daughters. Thought about the TD or the TE, is the third seat decent enough for short hauls? I haven't actually had one of my kids test fit it for comfort. I'm sure they'll like the unique view, I grew up in the third row of a 9 passenger Chevy Caprice wagon (what a tank!).

Still kind of small, they fit in the back seat of my 535i okay with minimal complaints. Except for the "DAD! SHE'S TOUCHING ME!!!!" LOL

the mechanics wanted it to be built, not some exec trying to save money.

Back in the early 1990s, MB realized they could not make cars the way they were and still make money.

Therefore, the later W210 E class (96-02) just doesn't feel as solid. Shut the doors on one of them and you will see what I mean.
