Hi All,
does anyone have any experience with the whipple supercharger for the escalade? Supposedly 50% increase in power etc

Even if you double the HP you won't win many races in such a heavy truck. Not only that your MPG will probably be around 6mpg or worse.

If you do get this mod. please post some pics and 1/4 mile times. Just curious. Also your mpg.

yes, definately serious. For 4k that kind of power is a bargain, not really necessary but just cool to have it there. The mpg is already horrible, and the m3 is there for winning races : )

Just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with it...
Planning on doing it when the weather gets warmer... will certainly take pictures and post a review.

no whipple exp. look at ATI pro-chargers as well. Intercooled and a centrifugal unit all for I believe $3800-$4500.

MPG shouldn't really be changed. Might even IMPROVE under medium to light driving. Escalade needs all the help it can get. No such thing as too much power. A supercharger will make it tolerable. Nice for merging with traffic.
