I'm looking for a reliable/reasonable shop to get brakes done on a 2001 X5 3.0 in North Austin. The dealer wants $570, and I work out of town so I don't have the time to do it myself.

Any suggesttions?

I have used Black Forest, but not PMW. PMW is on 2222 and black Forest is off of Burnet south of 183. They both have websites, google it..._________________

Is it for pads & rotors or just pads?

My labor for pads & rotors will be 2 hours at $55/hour.

I can look up the parts prices on Monday for you. Email or call me if you would like more information.

Thanks,

He's a legend in the Texas BMW community and his shop is just south of downtown.

Good luck.

hey
I also have a 1997 528i and I am interested in doing alot of work on it. I wanna change the motor and was wondering if a BMW M5 motor fits in it. If you could get back to me, it will be very helpful.
Thank you
