In terms of service, how are they compared to the rest (East Bay, Wetherford, and SF)?

are fairly understaffed. They just moved into that new facility. But in terms of their service, they are miles ahead of both SF and Weatherford (RUN AWAY FROM THESE DEALERSHIPS) and Ron Rio (head of service) is a stand-up guy. East Bay on the other hand has one of the BEST service depts out there. Their CSI rating is higher than everybody in Norcal. If you go to East Bay, Jim B, Kevin, and Gene are all great guys and BMW enthusiasts. They also IMO have one of the best shop foremans (Willy)-----------

I live near Peter Pan, and I will drive 40 minutes in AM traffic to go to Claridge's. Their staff so far has been beyond helpful. Steven's Creek is the worst, avoid that place at all costs. I had nothing but bad experiences at SC. BMWSF is okay, but they will fight you on every warranty item, and they're always busy. Allison and Peter Pan both do decent work, but the quality of service depends on the service advisor you get. If I have to go to Peter Pan, I make sure to get John or Nicole. All of the SAs at Claridge's have always been helpful and knowledgeable. In addition, they're the only ones I've seen on the Peninsula that will give you loaner car - an Enterprise rent-a-car for a day's worth of work, or a BMW if it'll take over 2 days of work. Peter Pan will only shuttle you to and from to pick-up the car and BMWSF will give you a taxi voucher that will get you about 5 miles away with no way back. If you're looking for parts, hit up Allison BMW in Mountain View. They have a great parts guy and some of the best deals on parts on the Peninsula.
