84 300td- anyone do a reseal to stop some of the small leaks? or just keep topping it up?

some are very easy to re seal/o-ring if
just a leaking modulator valve, side cover for a servo.
wash off and re-inspect.
maybe it's something other than the trans ?
diesel fuel can leak and drip oil appearing

how much trans oil have you added .
time for a trans oil and filter w/gasket replacement

if the trans oil is running out of the bellhousing grill at the front of the trans, usually front pump seal = remove the trans for reseal.

Don't let it slip ever ! , keep if filled properly

ARE YOU OVER FILLING IT AND IT'S COMING OUT OF THE BREATHER ON TOP OF THE TRANS ?
any shifting ailments ??
