Last night was the first time I drove my roomates 04 M3 with the AC shnitzer short shift since I got my CTS-V, and man was it nicer than my car. Now, the V shifts very nicely, very smooth, solid, but the throws are just so long.
Im sure GM, or any aftermarket company will not have a kit till summer at least, but I wonder if any of the viper or vette kits would work?
Anyone else been thinking similarily?

Are you saying you think the M3 is a better car, or just has a better shifter?

Just re-read my post-- Bad wording.
JUST the shifter is better!!!! Not the car.
