Wife called from downtown---for a change of cars.
I took her the PT (That's a Chrysler) and took the V to the dealer.
Odo shows 753 miles and already it's in to the dealer.
This does not bode well for GM.
The Battery is not charging. Both Dash and control panel give the message warnings. It is not conistent and comes and goes.
I have a loaner (no problem getting one) for the weekend, but I'm already upset that this new car is in for repair (not counting the second gear issues).
I'll update MONDAY when they come back to work and take a look at it and figure out what the issue is.
Meanwhile, color me..without.... and mad about it!

The problem seems to be an alternator. The replacement was called in to Lansing on Monday as an "overnight ship". My local dealer says that means I might get it fixed by Wednesday.
Since this is a Vette come the alternator is SPECIAL?
I don't think I'll ever understand GM....
Starting the lemon law file....Just in case!

You obviously have never been handed the keys to a DeVille!
What a isolationist ride! You can't feel anything!
That incudes accelleration and braking!
