I have seen information on identifying the location of the skip shift eliminator solinoid on the transmission housings for corvettes but I have not seen anything on identifying this location on the CTS-V. I know that the housings are different. Anyone have a photo or description?

I have received by skip shift eliminator parts and my car in due in 8 days.

I have been driving my V for a month. I think it is far easier to simply start out in 2nd gear and not worry at all about the 1st-4th shift. At slow speeds or stop and go, with the high low end torque, 2nd gear is a very easy place to start
