Autoscope charges approx $85 to drill the CDV. They can remove it but they just drill it so that it is doesnt interfere anymore. If you are in Dallas go to Autoscope in Arlington, FW etc go to Lone Star. 2004 BMW M3 Coupe

My buddy and me made a deal with Nerces (head of Autoscope). We'll bring both of our Z8s in and take you to lunch, and your're boys replace both clutch delay valves while we were out eating. Done. No problem.
