At what RPM do you SMG drivers normally shift when going into

if im driving around town, especially if i have passengers i'll shift into second very early just so everybody dosnt get car sick...but if im by my self and im doing some 'spirited' driving i'll stay in first until about 5-6K, it all depends really.

and on a side note, most of you guys probably already know this but i found out driving this weekend that if you down shift sooner then later, while rev's are still up there, the engine will blip the throttle instead of 'engine break'...i was having problem's with the car 'engine breaking' like crazy because i was down shifting so late...so its not necessary to keep your foot on the throttle to blip, just down shift sooner ;)
