I've found little tears by the holes of my front Zimmerman brake disc. I had only one track session this year.
Is it normal? Should I be worry about it?

and they'll only get worse. I'd replace them before going to the track again. I used them when I started tracking my 325is, and they cracked all the way through at WGI. Fortunately I noticed between sessions, but had to replace the rotors to get home.

Having a rotor crack and fail at speed can be disastrous.

Thanks for the input!
Yesterday I have noticed that I have two half front right brake disc :(
I bought it one year ago, and I had only a few lap on our track at the middle of the summer.
Poor quality? Should I use BMW discs for trackdays and daily driving?

the stock balo rotors are really good.

The zimmermans look cool, but are terrible at resisting heat buildup.

Get OEM replacement (Balo) rotors and good pads. Then install brake cooling ducts and you'll be good to go.
