Has anyone tried replacing an M20 with an M50 in a late 80s 325iC?

I've seen it done myself. Schneller has done many of them. They do a great job. I had the opportunity to buy a 1987 325iC with an s50 (I know it's not the m50, but same idea) in it for around $11k from Mike Morris at Schneller, and I didn't, and now I'm kicking myself in the behind for not doing so. It was silver with the cardinal interior, and had only 60k miles on the engine, and @150k miles on the chassis, but the paint was fresh. It even had the 5 lug swap with e30 m3 brakes on it. But yes, it's been done. Try the e30 board (not M3) for more specific questions. Here's a pic of my car with the s52 conversion (1989 e30 325i sedan). Enjoy.
