I've searched every dang post in DTM, roadfly, **********, bimmerforums, and e46fanatics and cannot find a solid mechanic that more than one people recommend in the Queens/NYC area. Can somebody plllllllllllllease help?

My experiences:
Little Shop: seemed to want to repair every little thing on my old E30... lots of mixed experiences from many people.

Roger in Westbury LI (BMW Car Line Pro-Techs): Inexpensive and good, of course I can't find him anymore! big argh.

Taiwanese BMW shop on Queens BLVD: reasonable. moved - to where I don't know. argh again.

I've only used him once and had a good experience. K&K Automotive Concepts, 90 Franklin ave., Franklin Square NY. 516 616 0900.

Not exactly Queens but no too far.

Good luck,

Check out GTS Motors 250-50 Jericho Tpke Bellerose NY 11001- 516-355-5500. Ask for Sergio. Tell him that Tom with Silver 540 BWM with Breytons referred you. Cheaper than the dealer and they do a good job. I just did my brakes and inspection II this week. Good luck !

I have been a very satisfied customer at Euromeccanica, an independent shop located in southern Westchester County. If you give the owner, Michael Shiffer, a call and ask him about any problem, you'll understand why a lot of BMWCCA members go to his shop.

Forgot Euromeccania's info:

Michael Shiffer, Owner
114 Pearl Street

Good thing with him is that he's open late.. i've been there til 2 am before but that's like 2 years ago. i think he closes now around 10 to 11 pm.

let me know when you are going and i'll even meet up with you there. i always like going there and hangin out to see what's going on.

My recomendation:

In Flushing Queens New York City:

Quality Auto Performance. 133-05 35th Ave , Flushing N.Y. 11354
(718) 461-6060
If you know the area, It's one block east of College Point Blvd. and one block north Northern Blvd.

I do most work on my cars myself, but if I can't or just don't feel like it, these are the guys for me. Never tried to screw me once.

If you do go there tell him Ari with the silver 6 series sent you, everyone I have sent there comes back and tells me what a good experience they have had there and end up going to him more often.

The owner and workers live, breath, sweat and bleed BMW.
