said the dealer has the final say on warranty issues and they can't intervene, said they'd never heard of other M3s having "discolored wheel" problems or wheel warranty replacements.

BMWNA can act as a liaison with dealer, but that's about it, so i'm pretty much f*cked, thanks BMW.
